Rashmi Airan-Pace
Attorney Rashmi Airan-Pace has been a resident of South Florida since the age of two and proudly considers herself a native. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
After an early career in investment banking, Ms. Airan-Pace earned her law degree and went to work as a litigation attorney for several firms, most recently the Miami-Dade County Attorney’s Office prior to becoming a partner at Airan Pace Law. Ms. Airan-Pace’s extensive business and municipal law experience inspires her to focus on residential and commercial transactions, real estate litigation, complex business litigation, and condo law. She specializes in commercial loan document preparation for lenders/banks and acts as counsel for several banks. She also specializes in representing Developers in real estate transactions.
Ms. Airan-Pace is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received her Juris Doctor Degree from Columbia Law School in New York City. Upon graduation, she was named a Kent Scholar at Columbia for highest academic honors during her years in law school. Ms. Airan-Pace is fluent in English, Hindi and Spanish.
