Lalita D. Airan

Lalita Airan has a J.D. and LLM in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law. She is a member of the Florida Bar and has also earned two Master’s degrees in Economics.  Mrs. Airan has taught economics at Florida International University and she has extensive business experience in consulting, engineering and real estate syndications.

Mrs. Airan specializes in real estate and business strategy and litigation; estate planning; and compromise, settlement and resolution of other problems with the IRS.

Mrs. Airan has represented clients involving foreclosure of multi-million dollar commercial properties and complex construction law cases. She also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, condominium association disputes and pre-construction deposit recovery cases. She is fluent in English and Hindi.
